Clean Eating?

Details for the Clean Eating Group!!

I love learning about clean, healthy but delicious recipes! I don't think I could EVER be on a diet that restricted all yummy food! I think that living should involve FOOD.... and GOOD food at that! So I will be opening a super free 4 day eating group that will focus on just that!

We (or I) will be sharing some of my favorite HEALTHY recipes as well as sharing some fitness tricks and tips! All in order to help you get ready for summer grillin' and all that fun stuff!

Start where you can


It is tough to get started on your fitness journey when you don't really know how to begin! {Maybe} You think to yourself  "I should go to the gym!" But continuously will talk yourself out of going to the gym because you don't want to go alone, you don't know how to sign up, you don't want to just go walk on a treadmill (The list goes on and on!)  Guess what! You aren't alone. There are so many of us who aren't ready and willing to go to the gym! That is totally okay! Trust me! If you love the gym- I am jealous but if the gym makes you nervous, join the club ;)

For anyone who is reading this and isn't a gym "fan" there is NOTHING wrong with that! I started my fitness journey in my living room. I started with Zumba on the Wii and then moved to Turbo Fire! I was at 210 lbs when I started my journey (I am in the dark pink)! I did not want to go to the gym and feel silly because I couldn't do a triceps extension correctly! So starting in January 2012 I went from a unhappy, overweight girl to someone who was losing weight by the day! I fell in love with at home workouts and this super yummy meal replacement drink (with no chemical crap in it) called Shakeology! I went from 210 to 190 and felt such a weight lifted off of my shoulders...literally!

The moral of the story is: start where you can, with what makes you comfortable! If is just walking a little everyday- then ENJOY that! As long as you move closer to your goals every day, you will see and feel success! If you don't know where to start, guess what...neither did I. I can help you get started or just be a friend to talk to while you are on your journey! Either way- good luck and Today is the best day to start.
